BIDANet — Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your BIDANet account and the personal data associated with it. You can request deletion without reinstalling the app.

How to request deletion

Option A — In the app (where available): open BIDANet → Profile/Settings → Delete account and confirm.

Option B — By email: send a request from your registered email to noreply@bidapass.com with the subject "BIDANet account deletion". We may verify your identity before processing.

What gets deleted

  • Name/display name, email, phone number, user ID
  • Your link to utility account(s) and your app preferences
  • Device push (FCM) tokens and analytics identifiers tied to you

What may be retained

  • Billing & payment records — for accounting, tax and legal compliance (as required by law, e.g. up to 10 years).
  • Aggregated / anonymized analytics — no longer identifies you.
  • Records needed to resolve disputes or prevent fraud.

The utility/operator that owns the account may keep its own billing records independently of BIDANet.

Timeframe

We process verified deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email when complete.
